Success story

We recently assisted a Trustee whose current bank was exiting their relationship due to size constraints.

The challenge was clear: funds needed to be transferred to a new bank.

Our team stepped in to establish new Banking and Custody solutions for each structure, enabling the seamless transfer of holdings from the exiting bank. This now allows the Trustee to:

- Hold deposits and securities

- Make payments towards Trustees & lawyers’ fees

- Distribute funds to beneficiaries

With the custody solution in place, we further assisted them in setting up a second transactional bank account.
